Day 69

This is what I had to keep telling myself today when I came home from work.
The only workout you'll ever regret...
It finally worked and I got on the treadmill and did a 30 min hill walk @ 3.0.  For dinner we had ham steaks with mac and cheese and roasted cauliflower.  Not bad.
