Another new year!

Today is another new day for a new year.  I fell pretty off track of my goal last year to move more.  After our cruise in May, I let things slip until I was not exercising any more.  Total for 2014 I lost 39 lbs, but I have only kept off 20.  I gained back 19 lbs.  Sheesh.  Instead of dwelling on that I choose to celebrate the fact that I am still 20 lbs lighter than this time last year.  SUCCESS! :)

I have not updated my measurements or pictures yet, but I will this weekend.  I have started out my new year with a bit of a hangover that has left me pretty lazy today.

I resolve this year to cut out the fast food.  I resolve again to move more.  I resolve not to over do things while still pushing myself--I don't want any more injuries to give me excuses.  I need to do this for me.

I appreciate all the kind words and support I have received in the past.  Thank-you all for being there for me.  Here's to a better 2015!
