I have been bad this week about posting...so I will give just a quick review...
Monday--nada
Tuesday--Aqua Zumba
Wednesday--30 min random hill walk
Thursday--nada
Friday--nada...went out to eat and had wings again. mmmmm.
Saturday--Cleaned house to get ready for visit from friends
Sunday--nada, went out on the boat with said friends
233.4...2.8 lost--though I only exercised twice this week I still MOSTLY ate well. I am happy with my loss and moved two stones over to the pounds obliterated jar. I know I said this last week, but I will do better next week!!
Good news. You are keeping your eye on the prize and making progress. Proud of you. Hope you can hookup with Cathy next weekend.
